Η ManpowerGroup Greece, για λογαριασμό της εταιρείας Ecolab, πολυεθνικής εταιρείας με ηγετική θέση στην παραγωγή και διάθεση Χημικών Προϊόντων, αναζητά να στελεχώσει τη θέση του Logistics & Supply Planner.

Τοποθεσία: Μάνδρα

Ημέρες Απασχόλησης: Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή, 8:30 – 17:00

Σύμβαση: 6μηνη σύμβαση με προοπτική ανανέωσης

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

  • Προγραμματισμός υλικών ώστε να επιτυγχάνονται οι στόχοι παραδόσεων και αποθεμάτων
  • Ανασκόπηση της ζήτησης τελικών προϊόντων για την εξασφάλιση επαρκούς αποθέματος
  • Προετοιμασία παραγγελιών και σύνταξη αναφορών κατάστασης για το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Χρήση του SAP για την υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
  • Δημιουργία αναφορών σχετικά με διάφορους τύπους υλικών για την παροχή πληροφοριών και ανατροφοδότησης σε εμπλεκόμενους φορείς
  • Προγραμματισμός αποθέματος για την κάλυψη παραγγελιών πελατών
  • Προετοιμασία φορτώσεων βάσει των αναμενόμενων ποσοτήτων και τύπων υλικών από προμηθευτές
  • Εκτέλεση συναλλαγών στο SAP, όπως εισαγωγές, μετατροπή αποθέματος σε περιορισμένο/μη περιορισμένο και άλλες καταχωρήσεις που σχετίζονται με το απόθεμα
  • Ενεργή υποστήριξη και συμμόρφωση με τις αρχές ασφάλειας, υγείας, περιβάλλοντος, ασφάλειας εγκαταστάσεων και ποιότητας του εργοστασίου

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Χημεία, Logistics ή συναφή τομέα σπουδών
  • 1-2 έτη εμπειρίας σε σχετικό ρόλο, ιδανικά σε πολυεθνική εταιρεία
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (επίπεδο C2)
  • Άριστη χρήση του Microsoft Office, με έμφαση στο Excel (π.χ. vlookup, Pivot Tables, αναφορές κ.ά.)
  • Η εμπειρία σε SAP θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Ικανότητα αναάπτυξης επαγγελματικών σχέσεων επίλυσης προβλημάτων και συμβολής στη διαδικασία λήψης αποφάσεων
  • Συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα & επαγγελματισμός
