Finnish Speaking Client Support Specialist

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are ready to assist Finnish-speaking clients with their inquiries in a friendly and effective manner.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely and efficient solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and improve overall client experience.
- Identify areas for process improvement and actively contribute to discussions to enhance customer support.
- Stay updated on product information to provide relevant and accurate details to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer skills.
- Enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
