
Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable
- Monitor payment approvals
- Execute monthly payments via digital banking systems, ensuring compliance with internal financial protocols, handle ad hoc remittances as needed
- Bank reconciliation
- Issue daily bank statements and promptly relay them to support accurate accounts receivable updates
- Handle purchase order process
- Helps on budgeting process
- Support daily accounting tasks
- Maintain financial records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all financial tasks
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive financial data
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Experience in a similar role 0-2 years
