Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable
  • Monitor payment approvals
  • Execute monthly payments via digital banking systems, ensuring compliance with internal financial protocols, handle ad hoc remittances as needed
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Issue daily bank statements and promptly relay them to support accurate accounts receivable updates
  • Handle purchase order process
  • Helps on budgeting process
  • Support daily accounting tasks
  • Maintain financial records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all financial tasks
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive financial data
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Experience in a similar role 0-2 years
