
Administrative & Customer Service Assistant

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative & Customer service Assistant to join our team in Piraeus. In this role, you will be responsible for the below tasks:
- Answer and direct company phone calls (call center)
- Handling the central email account of the company & redirect mails to the respective recipients
- Provide timely and accurate information, redirecting and / or resolving problems and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Provide administrative support to the management as well as the sales departments.
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
· Updating databases, organizing reports, and maintaining records.
· Update contact lists
· Book travel arrangements for all company staff
· Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
· Preparation, export, and submission IHM docs (MD and SDoC).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required but not mandatory.
- Previous similar working experience of about 3 years or more will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Greek both written and verbal
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, ERP (SAP will be considered as an asset).
