HR & Payroll Assistant
How you will Contribute:
You will:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
- Handle time-off requests, sick leave, and attendance tracking
- Support monthly payroll preparation
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters
- Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Coordinate training sessions and HR events
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
What We're Looking For in You:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or any other relevant field
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality
