HR & Payroll Assistant

How you will Contribute:

You will:

• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
• Handle time-off requests, sick leave, and attendance tracking
• Support monthly payroll preparation
• Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters
• Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
• Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Coordinate training sessions and HR events
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

What We're Looking For in You:

• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or any other relevant field
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality
