Logistics Operator Assistants.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Logistics Team, the new team member will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating customer POs in line with established procedures, specific instructions, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Ensuring the prompt dispatch and delivery of goods to customers' vessel agents.
  • Proactively following up on customer quotations and providing feedback to supervisors.
  • Collaborating with the sales, technical, and accounting departments to ensure seamless workflow as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in technology and fluency in English.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A commitment to work and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
  • Previous experience in the Logistics or Shipping industry will be considered an asset.
