a
Sales Support Representative.
Key accountabilities:
- Support Sales Executives in expanding and managing customer portfolios within assigned regions.
- Help retain existing clients and generate new Freight & Logistics business opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Executives, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide responsive support to current and potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels.
- Maintain regular communication with sales channels and join weekly debriefs with the Sales Manager.
- Ensure accurate data entry and effective use of ARKAS Logistics CRM (ORIAN).
- Assist in preparing freight quotations, service proposals, and follow-ups to support the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Shipping, or Logistics from a reputable university is required
- 2 years of experience in Logistics industry
- Computer literate
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Very good organizational skills
