Η ΔΕΚΑ Α.Ε.Β.Ε. που δραστηριοποιείται από το 1940 στην εισαγωγή και εμπορία οργάνων μέτρησης και αυτοματισμού, επιθυμεί να προσλάβει έναν/μία Υπεύθυνο υποστήριξης πωλήσεων ( sales support ) για τον κλάδο της βιομηχανίας πλήρους απασχόλησης με σύμβαση αορίστου χρόνου για να καλύψει τις αυξημένες ανάγκες του κλάδου.
**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες**:
Λειτουργεί ως back office του field πωλητή
Συντάσσει και αποστέλλει προσφορές σε πελάτες
Συλλέγει τις παραγγελίες των πελατών, τις αξιολογεί και τις προτεραιοποιεί με τη βοήθεια του διευθυντή του κλάδου
Ελέγχει την ορθότητα των παραγγελιών σε σχέση με τη ζήτηση και τις επιβεβαιώνει
Ευθύνεται για τον προσδιορισμό των όρων και τον τρόπο τιμολόγησης στον πελάτη καθώς και για το συνολικό forwarding
Παρακολουθεί την εξέλιξη των παραγγελιών και ενημερώνει τους πελάτες
Ενημερώνει τα αρχεία επαφής με τους πελάτες
Αναλύει στατιστικά τα πιο πάνω θέματα εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών,
Πουλάει αυτόνομα και ο ίδιος και αντικαθιστά τους πωλητές της βιομηχανίας στα καθήκοντά τους σε περιόδους που αυτό κρίνεται αναγκαίο
Συμμετέχει σε όλα τα σεμινάρια, συνέδρια, εκθέσεις κλπ. που παίρνει μέρος η εταιρία
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ με ειδικότητα μηχανικού, μηχανολόγου ή ηλεκτρολόγου
Ελάχιστη προϋπηρεσία 3 ετών σε συναφές αντικείμενο
Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ευχέρεια συνεργασίας με άλλα τμήματα
Οργάνωση της εργασίας και τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
Δυνατότητα να λειτουργεί σε πλαίσιο πιεστικών προθεσμιών και διαφορετικών projects
Εξοικείωση με συστήματα ERP (ιδανικά της SAP)
Άριστη γνώση MSOffice (και ειδικότερα Excel)
Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
