Ayvens is looking for an Intern Accounting Administrator to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our Finance Team. If you have an Accounting or similar degree and you are interested in gaining experience in accounting, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform entries refer to deposits in accounting system
  • Prepare digital files for deposits reimbursement
  • Communicate with clients
  • Handle deposits after vehicle termination
  • Maintain digital & physical accounting records

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or similar field
  • Very good command of English - verbal and written
  • Digital literacy and tech savviness
  • Critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities
