ITSM/ ESM Platform Administrator

As an ITSM/ ESM Platform Administrator, you will be an integral part of our software development and support team. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting No Code/Low Code Workflow Platform and its applications for implementing ESM/ITSM Framework. Your role involves collaborating with software engineers to deliver solutions aligned with user needs and business requirements. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers, perform software upgrades, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Your Tasks:
- Configure, maintain, enhance, and support No Code/Low Code Workflow Platform and its applications.
- Customize and add new features to software solutions based on business requirements.
- Interact with customers to understand their processes and business needs.
- Develop software using low-code and no-code platforms to address specific needs.
- Support customer operations related to software packages and developed solutions.
- Conduct tests for applications, troubleshoot problems, and assist with product launches. Be responsible for the solution validation and configuration.
- Provide technical support to resolve application-related issues promptly.
- Perform software upgrades and manage software licensing.
- Identify and solve complex technical problems across the software development lifecycle.
- Write scripts using JavaScript to implement business workflow and improve OTB functionality, while ensuring correctness and stability.
- Be familiar with integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
Your Skills & Knowledge:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
- Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, REST API, HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with Apache Maven and Eclipse IDE is a plus.
- Administrator or Developer experience on No Code/Low Code Workflow Platform or similar tools preferred.
- Proficiency in test-driven development methodologies.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications accurately.
- Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Grafana and YellowFin is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Operations Management and Service Management tools is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Eagerness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
- ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
- Efficient knowledge of English.
