Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Strategic Planning & Commercial Development Team in Retail Business Banking as Head of Campaigning. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of the communication strategy for Retail Business Banking, managing both external outreach (to customers and organizations) and internal communications (across sales channels and partner units), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing commercial impact.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of commercial campaigns to drive sales and promote Business Banking products and services.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product Units, Communication, Digital Sales, Branch Network, Campaign Automation, Analytics, Innovation teams) to ensure seamless implementation of commercial propositions and alignment with the overall Commercial Plan.
• Track campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance impact.
• Develop and manage the full communication plan,, monitor the performance of commercial activities both proactively and reactively, including ATL/BTL marketing, incentive schemes, sales scripts, and coaching material, adjusting planning where needed to maximize results.
• Oversee the planning and execution of customer surveys, analyze both external (market trends, research) and internal data (reports, customer behavior, feedback from channels) to identify business opportunities, competitive insights, and best practices to evolve commercial strategy.

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Banking, Consulting, or a related field, including at least 2 years in the Business Banking sector.
• Bachelor's and postgraduate degrees in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in managing the daily needs of business clients, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Strong ability to collaborate with sales executives, organize client events, and support the development of Business Banking operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in team management, with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office; skilled in creating impactful presentations.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset, agility, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
