Your Mission

As the Trade & Shopper Marketing Executive in Pescanova Hellas, you will act as a Cross- Functional Liaison and influence Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to align shopper activation plans with broader business priorities.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing combines strong analytical expertise and marketing skills and can effectively bridge customer-facing commercial needs with brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Marketing & Competitive Market Analysis

2. Conduct competitive market reviews and brand performance analyses per customer (IRI, sell-in/sell-out, brand shares, distribution, returns) and per product, identifying opportunities and providing customer-specific recommendations.

3. Develop and execute strong shopper marketing activations (In -store, e-com, digital signage, leaflets), leveraging the available customer tools and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and operational excellence.

4. Manage the allocation and evaluation of Trade Promotional Budget & BTL In store Support Budget across customers, conducting post-evaluations tied to commercial KPIs and P&L.

5. Sales Support & Customer Tools

6. Act as the primary support to Key Account Managers by coordinating the development of all POS materials and In store activations.

7. Identify assortment gaps, distribution expansion opportunities and prepare customer specific proposals for new SKU listings
8. Monitor and refresh product assortment in customers e- shop platforms, ensuring brand presence is always up to date.

9. Develop high-quality commercial presentations in PowerPoint and co-present alongside KAMs in customer meetings.

10. Marketing Communication Campaigns and Brand Support

11. Support Marketing Team in designing & implementing local and international strategic marketing plans.

12. Assist in the coordination and roll out of communication campaigns (Offline, Digital, SOME, OOH), sponsorships, events and exhibitions. Network management to external partners and agencies (advertising executives, designers, digital campaigns manager, media shop, publishers).
13. Actively participate in Regional Innovation & Marketing Team Meetings by providing market & brand performance reviews.

14. Support the development & launching process of new products for GR market.

15. Forecasting & Coordination with Supply Chain

16. Support the demand forecasting process in coordination with KAMs and Supply Chain, translating promo calendars into demand signals.

17. Track stock availability and sales trends to ensure operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics or relevant discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Trade /Shopper Marketing / Insights or Marketing roles, ideally in FMCG.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel). Familiarity with Commercial Analysis, IRI/Nielsen platforms is an advantage.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in participating in customer meetings as well representing company to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Greek retail environment and promotional mechanisms.
• Business acumen and ability to interpret data into commercial opportunities.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken). Spanish is a plus
