Shopper Marketing Assistant

The Shopper Marketing Assistant supports the Shopper Marketing team in executing day-to-day activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate reporting. The role contributes to category development, budget coordination, and in-store execution to help deliver effective shopper marketing initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manages day-to-day administrative processes including the creation of purchase orders, contract follow-up, and documentation. Provides support on ongoing shopper marketing projects to ensure smooth and timely execution across all touchpoints.
  • Monitors and verifies data related to rebates, ensuring accuracy in credit note processing and alignment with internal finance procedures. Maintains organized records and liaises with Credit and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assists in the preparation and tracking of A&P and Shopper Marketing investment reports. Supports data consolidation and analysis to ensure accurate visibility of budget spending and campaign effectiveness.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of merchandising standards, ensuring brand visibility and consistency across retail environments. Support MSL (Must-Stock List) management and helps identify opportunities for category growth at the point of sale.
  • Assists in the coordination of promoter activities, including planning, budget control, and operational execution. Supports communication with agencies or promoters to ensure high-quality implementation of in-store activation programs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration, or any other equivalent
  • Master's Degree in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration, or any other equivalent will be considered an asset
  • 0-2 years of experience in Shopper / Trade Marketing, preferably within FMCG sector
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
