Startdatum: Meerdere startdata in juni en juli

Uren: Fulltime of parttime 
Salaris: €1.442 – €1.666 (afhankelijk van het project) + prestatiebonus

Ben jij klantgericht, enthousiast en klaar voor een buitenlands avontuur? Voor een gerenommeerde Belgische telecomprovider zijn wij op zoek naar Nederlandstalige Customer Care Medewerkers die al in Griekenland wonen. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch, internationaal team waar klanttevredenheid en professionele groei centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begint met een intensieve, betaalde training waarin je alles leert over facturatie en betalingen.

  • Na deze eerste fase behandel je zelfstandig klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail of chat.

  • Na een tweede opleiding breid je jouw takenpakket uit tot een volledige A-Z klantenservice, inclusief vragen over contracten, tarieven, verhuisdiensten en technische ondersteuning.

  • Afhankelijk van het project kun je ook worden ingezet als technisch supportmedewerker of afspraakplanner.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.

  • Je woont al in Griekenland en beschikt over de juiste werkdocumenten.

  • Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en oplossingsgericht.

  • Je bent zelfstandig, snel van begrip en houdt van nieuwe uitdagingen.

  • Je blijft professioneel en enthousiast, zelfs tijdens drukke momenten.
