What will you do?

  • Answer incoming communications from customers.
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers and resolve their issues.
  • Provide high-quality customer support via voice, chat, or email.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs.

Candidate profile

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research solutions independently.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills.
