We are looking for a service-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to join our team as a Receptionist & Office Administrator. This is a key client-facing role, serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, while also providing essential administrative support across the office.
The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of front office and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post, couriers, and company documentation.
- Organise meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are clean, well-maintained, and appropriately set up.
- Arrange employee travel, including transport, accommodation, and itinerary preparation as needed.
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a professional or corporate office environment, or from the hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Discreet, reliable, and adaptable in handling day-to-day responsibilities.
