Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and manage the performance of team members.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Ensure that project goals are met by coordinating resources and activities effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
