Facility Management Supervisor

Qualco Real Estate ("QRE"), member of the Qualco Group, is a Real Estate Asset Manager with operations in Greece & Cyprus, offering value enhancing solutions relating to real estate assets.

QRE is looking for a Facility Management Supervisor (REO) to join our Technical & Development Department. The successful candidate will contribute at enhancing our service range, coordinate, manage, report and supervise the execution of facility management services.

More specifically, you will:

• Supervise, coordinate and manage facility management and property management tasks and services tailored to REOCO companies, servicers, and funds;
• Lead a team of at least 4 FTEs responsible for FM soft services (cleaning, small repairs, property inspections, moving coordination etc);
• Lead an equivalent team responsible for property management services;
• Plan and coordinate soft cost projects across large residential property portfolios;
• Schedule and monitor ongoing service activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery;
• Liaise with real estate clients and internal teams to align FM activities with owners' property needs;
• Report on project progress, risks, and service quality metrics;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on time and according to the quality specifications imposed.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, surveyor, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering or in real estate, project management;
• At least 5 years of experience in key supervising roles in Facilities Management, Property Management or Project Management;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Experience in supervising teams and coordinating multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
• Strong or proven knowledge on soft services (cleaning, maintenance, inspection, utilities, moving);
• Experience in (construction) project management of small, scaled projects (up to €50K);
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• Proficiency with MS Office; project management tools (optional: Asana, Trello, etc.);
• Exposure to residential property management or real estate environments would be highly appreciated;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
