ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a capable, adaptable team member who brings well-rounded experience across areas such as reception, F&B, and wellness. Someone who understands how great service feels, knows how to guide a team to deliver it consistently, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, uplifting atmosphere.

Warm and composed in fast-paced settings, you bring calm leadership to the floor. You enjoy mentoring others, elevating everyday moments, and creating a space where both members and colleagues feel genuinely cared for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Wellness Supervisor, you'll be a key player in making sure every element of our wellness space runs smoothly — from team operations to space presentation to member experience. You'll guide the wellness attendants and oversee everything from wellness bookings to bar service and retail sales. You'll work closely with the Fitness Manager to keep operations seamless across the board.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the wellness floor: reception, retail, wellness bar, heat experiences, indoor and outdoor pools.
  • Support, supervise, and guide wellness attendants by leading daily briefings, sharing guest insights, and coordinating team tasks.
  • Coordinate fitness bookings and assist with any guest inquiries and special requests.
  • Guide guests with thoughtful, well-informed recommendations on wellness services and products.
  • Prepare and serve wellness drinks and healthy snacks with consistency, speed, and attention to presentation — and guide your team to do the same.
  • Ensure that the wellness floor is kept tidy, clean, and fully stocked with the necessary terry, linen and amenities.
  • Manage stock levels, reorders, and merchandising for bar and retail offerings.
  • Support the safe use of all wellness areas, and step in with reminders or assistance where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Handle the recruitment, training and scheduling of wellness attendants.
  • Bring the NYNN culture to life by leading with energy and making sure the team embodies our values.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Fluent command of English and Greek 
  • Proven experience in hospitality, wellness and/or retail- ideally in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in wellness practices and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Warm, approachable, and guest-focused
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Happy to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
