Technical Supervisor

A well-known Greek Pharmaceutical Company located in Schimatari

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the technical team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards in all technical activities.
• Coordinate technical training for staff to enhance their skills and ensure high-performance standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical issues.
• Review and approve technical documents and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical supervisory role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in technical documentation and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
