  • Διαχείριση και υποστήριξη των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων της εταιρείας.\
  • Παροχή λύσεων IT σε εταιρικά προβλήματα.\
  • Asset management και συντήρηση.\
  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής ΙΤ.\
  • Διαχείριση των ήδη υπάρχοντων συστημάτων IT.\
  • Υπεύθυνος/η για την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία όλων των συστημάτων δεδομένων.\
  • Ασφάλεια Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων.\
  • Επικοινωνία με κεντρικό τμήμα IT.\
  • Προγραμματισμός προϋπολογισμού και έλεγχος κόστους.\

  • RESPONSIBILITIES \
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer extension. \
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other business leaders. \
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business goals and requirements to source top talent. \
  • Engage with candidates at all levels to present company culture and benefits. \
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent. \
  • Source diverse candidate pipelines through various channels. \
  • Utilize various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Google for Jobs to streamline sourcing process. \
  • Evaluate resumes and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications. \
  • Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit. \
  • Present candidates to hiring managers and negotiate offers. \
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates. \
  • Promote company values and branding during recruitment process. \
  • Foster a positive employee experience by ensuring seamless onboarding process. \
  • Stays up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment. \
  • Manages time effectively to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities. \
  • Maintains accurate records of recruitment data and analytics. \
  • Collaborates with other teams such as Marketing, Communications, and Employee Experience to ensure alignment and consistency in employer brand messaging. \
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.\
  • Candidate must have effective communication skills ,in written and verbal form.\
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work well under pressure.\
  • Must be a team player willing to collaborate with other departments and locations.\
  • Strong analytical skills are required to interpret complex data and make recommendations for improvement.\

  • Possess good technical skills including MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook.\

  • Fluency in English is a plus\

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.\
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources preferably in an international environment.\
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or recruitment software preferred.\
  • PHR certification is a plus but not required.\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.\
  • Lift 25 pounds occasionally and stand/sit for long periods.\
  • Minimum High School Diploma.\
  • Will participate in corporate-sponsored training opportunities.\
  • Able to travel as needed.\
  • Other tasks as necessary.\
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.\
  • Affinity towards Microsoft Dynamics applications would be beneficial.\
  • Previous experience in working with Dynamics Finance will be highly valued.\
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration would be a requirement.\
  • In depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.\
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.\
  • Must have proven track record of delivering high quality results.\
  • Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations.\
  • Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, ACA etc would be advantageous.\
  • Agile certified professional would be considered an asset.\
