H LMW αναζητά εκ μέρους Δικηγορικής Εταιρείας, έναν έμπειρο Collection Supervisor, ο οποίος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την διοίκηση της ομάδας τηλεφωνικής ενημέρωσης σχετικά με καθυστερήσεις πληρωμών.
**Καθήκοντα**:
- Καθοδήγηση, παρακολούθηση και εκπαίδευση της ομάδας με σκοπό την επίτευξη των ατομικών και ομαδικών στόχων
- Εποπτεία της τήρησης των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών
- Εποπτεία της απόδοσης των Collection Team Leaders
- Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός ροής εργασιών
- Χρήση ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος για την παρακολούθηση και συλλογή πληροφοριών
- Δημιουργία αναφορών προς τη Διοίκηση
**Requirements**:
- 3+ έτη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση Collection Supervisor
- Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
- Απαραίτητη η προϋπηρεσία σε τραπεζικό αντικείμενο
- Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες διοίκησης, οργάνωσης και συντονισμού
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
- Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και συστημάτων είσπραξης οφειλών
