We are looking for a Micrologistics Software Sales Manager to join our team in Athens. Reporting directly to the EVP Markets & Solutions the role is responsible for:
- Selling Qualco Micrologistics software to prospects in Greece;
- Overseeing adherence to all related policies in sales;
- Ensuring our offerings are appropriate and support sales growth;
- Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities;
- Developing and maintaining agreements with clients;
- Working with the Group Marketing department to define appropriate campaigns and generate leads;
- Highlighting appropriate investment opportunities;
- Contributing to thought leadership materials;
- Presenting value-based propositions to clients and prospects;
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Expanding into other geographies in accordance with the product evolution and long term business plan; and
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- 3 years + experience within a similar role;
- Experience in value based/consultative selling;
- Demonstrate sales leadership skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences;
- Self-starter, motivated and entrepreneurial;
- Positive and tenacious attitude with a passion for success;
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
