Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through research and outreach.
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.
- Document all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and streamline processes.
- Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and negotiating, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural and professional experience.
