Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce a rewarding position for a Hebrew Speaking Customer Service (CS) professional to join our innovative SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Hebrew-speaking clients, assisting them in utilizing our cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions effectively.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Hebrew-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely assistance.
  • Guide clients through the setup, implementation, and troubleshooting of our cloud applications.
  • Deliver top-notch customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products and updates to deliver accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew (both verbal and written) is a must; proficiency in English is a bonus. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application materials.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a SaaS or cloud computing environment, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with clients to provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Keen attention to detail in documenting interactions and following up on client issues.
  • Adaptability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications quickly.
