Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate content in Portuguese to ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Identify and take action on inappropriate or harmful content swiftly.
  • Provide constructive feedback on content submissions.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and user experience.
  • Document all moderation activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed of trends in content moderation and online communities.
  • Engage with team members to share insights and enhance moderation practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with a user-focused approach.
  • Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for relocating to Greece and embracing a new culture.
