Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present an amazing opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Advisor in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece We are in search of friendly and dedicated individuals who are fluent in a Nordic language and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Nordic Speaking Advisor, your main responsibility will be to assist our Nordic-speaking clients with their inquiries and provide them with the information they need. You'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to resolve any arising issues in a timely manner.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to process improvements based on client interactions and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills are necessary.
  • A passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Greece.
