Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional assistance to Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and offer insights about our services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address challenges.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other standard computer applications.
  • A genuine desire to help customers and provide high-quality service.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
