Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously refine skills.
- Contribute ideas towards improving processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools.
