Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Polish-speaking individuals to join the customer service team for our Eco-Friendly Products Department If you are passionate about sustainability and customer support, this role is perfect for you. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with inquiries related to our eco-friendly product offerings, providing guidance and support to ensure a stellar shopping experience. Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Address customer inquiries about eco-friendly products, resolving any issues and providing product information.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in every interaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions to track service quality and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to develop expertise in eco-friendly products and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required.
- A strong passion for customer service and sustainability.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
- Enthusiasm for promoting eco-friendly products and helping customers make informed choices.
