This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and dedicated to providing outstanding service to customers interested in eco-friendly products.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding eco-friendly products.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and support related to eco-friendly services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the eco-friendly products team to keep abreast of the latest trends and offerings.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Promote a positive and informative image of the company while engaging with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the eco-friendly or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and eco-friendly products.
