We're looking for a Project Coordinator – PMO Track to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

What You'll Do
  • Support of the central PMO in managing project portfolios (e.g. 60+ projects and 30+ available resources);
  • Creation and monitoring of project plans, mapping gaps in availability/skills/involvement;
  • Monitoring of provisioning actions, payments, technical integration, and other implementation steps;
  • Highlighting issues/risks and proposing solutions or adjustments to plans;
  • Close collaboration with delivery managers, technical leads, and operations;
  • Gradual assumption of selected projects as project manager.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets);
  • Good understanding of basic project concepts: scope, resourcing, risks, dependencies, delivery phases;
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and process-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mobilize teams and drive project execution.
