As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure their effective and timely completion. The role ensures compliance with regulations, optimal resource utilization, and seamless collaboration among involved teams.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management and implementation of projects, addressing business needs, aligning with the company's strategy, and delivering measurable value
  • Plan, guide, and execute business and operational projects
  • Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Coordinate and define project teams
  • Manage risks and apply mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate and maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure strong and effective partnerships
  • Report to management on project progress, issues, and improvement proposals
  • Ensure projects comply with regulatory, legal, and tax requirements
  • Work closely with BPM and Legal teams to integrate regulatory changes into project plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in operational or business transformation projects
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with energy regulatory framework and PMI certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
