IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the IT team, based in our HOs either in Kolonos, Athens or in Heraklion, Crete.

As an IT Project Manager you will oversee IT projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, resources, and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project progress, managing risks and budgets, ensuring quality, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of our organization to deliver successful technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
• Monitor progress, risks, and quality
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget
• Prepare status reports for management
• Manage vendor relationships
• Implement change control processes
• Align projects with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years experience in IT Project Management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
• Excellent team management abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Budgeting and resource allocation experience
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and solid presentation skills
