At Intale, we build software that transforms the way retail works—connecting independent retail stores with large-scale suppliers and FMCG companies. Our platform is trusted in over 1,800 points of sale and powers projects for some of the biggest players in the FMCG, food, tobacco, and beverage industries.

Our user base consisting of independent retailers, forms the largest digitally connected retail network in Greece. We're now building next-gen promotional and marketing solutions to support channel growth and equip enterprises with powerful tools.

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives, on time, on spec, and with confidence. If you're smart, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and deliver multiple client-facing projects, mainly in FMCG and retail sectors.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and proactive communication.
  • Translate business goals into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to keep everyone aligned.
  • Track project progress, create metrics dashboards, monitor KPIs, and resolve risks or roadblocks before they escalate.
  • Drive retail clients' onboarding and ensure adoption of new services and features.
  • Collaborate with retail store partners to ensure seamless field execution.
What we're looking for
  • 3-6 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or operations, ideally in a tech or software-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; confident in leading client meetings and presenting solutions clearly.
  • Strong digital fluency, ideally comfortable with HubSpot, AI tools and automation workflows.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working and creating KPIs, dashboards, and data to track and improve project outcomes.
  • Tech-curious, with a mindset for process improvement and innovation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Tech, or similar).
  • Native Greek speaker with excellent command of English.
