We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior IT Project Manager to lead nationwide telecom infrastructure transformation project(s). The successful candidate will ensure an uninterrupted service migration and act as the single point of accountability for the entire project lifecycle.

  • Take full responsibility for the delivery of a strategic project critical to customer's operations.
  • Lead the nationwide rollout, including site surveys, planning, and implementation.
  • Act as the single point of reference for all project aspects, managing communications and aligning stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensure timely issue resolution, and support change management initiatives
  • Validate project deliverables, document key outcomes, and propose process improvements for future initiatives
  • Translate business priorities into technical specifications and functional project plans.
  • Maintain uninterrupted operations during phased service rollouts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and the PMO to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide regular, executive-level reporting to C-level stakeholders, including dashboards on progress, budget, risks, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • PMP Certification or PRINCE2 Certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in telecom or network infrastructure projects
  • Proven success in delivering complex IT infrastructure initiatives on time and within budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with executive audiences
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and cross-departmental coordination
  • Ability to manage large-scale rollouts involving numerous geographically dispersed sites
  • Comfortable using project planning and reporting tools.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies and centralized network architectures is desirable.
  • Prior involvement in multi-site telecom implementations is an advantage.
