We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Project Manager with banking experience** to join our team.
**Description**_**:_
- Οριοθέτηση της περιμέτρου του έργου σε συνεργασία με τον Project Owner και το Senior Management. Καθορισμός των στόχων και μετρικών βάσει των οποίων θα γίνει η αξιολόγηση κατόπιν ολοκλήρωσης.
- Δημιουργία λεπτομερούς πλάνου εργασιών όπου οι απαιτούμενες ενέργειες για την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του έργου, έχουν αναγνωριστεί και προτεραιοποιηθεί (παρακολούθηση και αναπροσαρμογή του πλάνου όποτε απαιτείται, καταγραφή των πόρων - χρόνο, χρήμα, εξοπλισμό κτλ).
- Διαχείριση της ομάδας έργου και των stakeholders σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές και πρακτικές του Οργανισμού.
- Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος της πορείας ανάλωσης του προυπολογισμού του έργου και εκτέλεση ρυθμίσεων όποτε απαιτείται για να εξασφαλιστεί η επιτυχής ολοκλήρωση.
- Κατάρτιση αναφορών και επικοινωνία της κατάστασης τους έργου στο Senior Management και τις επιχειρηματικές μονάδες.
- Αναγνώριση ρίσκων και θεμάτων, πρόταση και εξασφάλιση των ενεργειών διαχείρισης και έγκαιρη πληροφόρηση του Senior Management και των επιχειρηματικών μονάδων. Επιβεβαίωση των αποτελεσμάτων όπως έχουν καθοριστεί κατά την φάση σχεδιασμού.
**Skills**:
- Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και ικανότητες εκτέλεσης παρουσιάσεων (γραπτών και προφορικών) καθώς και προηγμένες διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
- Ισχυρή αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητες ανάλυσης δεδομένων με προσέγγιση ως προς την επίλυση προβλημάτων.
- Ισχυρή επιχειρηματική σκέψη, και μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον για καινοτομία και σκέψη «Out of thebox».
- Προσήλωση στην παροχή αποτελεσμάτων και την εκτέλεση προληπτικών ενεργειών και εργασιών. Καθορισμός προτεραιοτήτων και επιτυχής διαχείριση διφορούμενων καταστάσεων.
- Δυνατότητα για συνεργατική ύπαρξη σε ομάδα.
- Εξαιρετική ικανότητα επικοινωνίας σε Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά.
- Η πιστοποίηση σε Project Management όπως ΡΜΡ, Prince2 ή αντίστοιχη είναι υποχρεωτική.
