Requirements for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
