IT Project Manager

As a senior IT project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams and oversee the delivery of projects within established timelines, scope, and budget. Your role will involve working closely with the IT department to develop and implement technical solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading small-scale projects through all lifecycle phases, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Assisting senior project managers on larger programs as needed.
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating and managing project plans.
  • Monitoring project activities, issues, and deliverables, reviewing project documents, and providing timely status updates and progress reports.
  • Developing key project artifacts, reporting, and communication plans.
  • Communicating project status, potential risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders, project sponsors, and teams.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or Engineering (a plus).
  • Work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work independently.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
  • PMP, SCRUM, PM2, PRINCE, or similar certifications are a strong plus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.
