We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with business objectives. You will utilize your expertise in project management methodologies to manage scope, schedule, and resources effectively while mitigating risks and addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
  • Identify project risks and develop strategies to manage and mitigate them effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparent progress updates and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure best practices are followed across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management of ICT projects including both software and hardware installation on the field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
