Project Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Expert to strengthen our delivery teams.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project portfolios, creating and monitoring project plans, and collaborating with delivery managers, technical leads, and operations. Your role will involve highlighting issues and risks, proposing solutions or adjustments to plans, and gradually assuming selected projects as a project manager.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets);
  • Good understanding of basic project concepts: scope, resourcing, risks, dependencies, delivery phases;
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and process-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mobilize teams and drive project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project portfolios and create project plans;
  • Collaborate with delivery managers, technical leads, and operations;
  • Highlight issues and risks, propose solutions or adjustments to plans;
  • Assume selected projects as a project manager.
