The Innovation Unit founded 4 years ago capitalizes on our greater than 20 years of company experience in building innovative ICT & Data Analytics solutions & products through state-of-the-art international R&D projects.

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and talented individual with creativity, intellectual capacity, curiosity, dedication, and team spirit.

About the position :

We are looking for a Senior Programs Manager to lead efforts in developing and delivering innovative services & products in the fields of AI, Robotics & Data Analytics , Fintech, Smart Energy & Circular Economy.

Job Description :

  • EU R&D proposal preparation and Project management of EU HORIZON Research & Development projects in various technologies fields like AI, Robotics & Data Analytics , Fintech, Smart Energy & Circular Economy.
  • Coordinating and contributing to the preparation of advanced R&D proposals with relevant partners
  • R&D results dissemination & exploitation.
  • Innovation strategy formulation & implementation for clients in public & private sector
  • Idea & Product Development mainly in the above technology fields.
  • Contribution to the overall company product development & research directions.

Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Proven record in successful proposal preparation & implementation of EU R&D programs.
  • An advanced(Ph.D./MSc) degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field.
  • Able to combine innovation results with business growth opportunities.
  • Very good knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial character.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
