We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Engineer to join our team for the construction of Logistics Center project in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and experience in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to its successful execution.

  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems for the Construction Logistics Center project.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Manage and oversee the installation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure that MEP systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and propose innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and MEP teams on-site.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP design standards, codes, and local building regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking.
  • PMP or LEED certification is a plus.
