Αρμοδιότητες
Σχεδιασμός, οργάνωση και υλοποίηση HR Projects
Διαχείριση προσλήψεων για λογαριασμό πελατών
Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού πελατών του HR Project
Σχεδιασμός διαδικασιών εκπαίδευσης, εξέλιξης & διαχείρισης της απόδοσης προσωπικού μέσα στα πλαίσια των HR Projects
Δημιουργία οργανογράμματος
Επικοινωνία και διαχείριση με την Ομάδα HR Project
Σύνταξη παρουσιάσεων για την πρόοδο των HR Project
Διαχείριση πόρων Project
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
Πτυχίο τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης σε Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινων Πόρων ή Επιχειρήσεων. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θεωρείται επιθυμητός
Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών ως HR Project Manager
Άριστες δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού & διαχείρισης Project
Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού H/Y σε περιβάλλον Office
Οργανωτικές & επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
Ικανότητες Διοίκησης Ομάδας
