Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously within the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements to deliver better customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools.
