Guest Relation Agent - ΚΕΡΚΥΡΑ

Σκοπός 

Ως Guest Relation θα συνεργάζεστε στενά με την υποδοχή και θα εξυπηρετείτε τα αιτήματα των φιλοξενούμενων σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου. Παράλληλα θα βρίσκεστε σε διαρκή επικοινωνία με τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο σας και τον Γενικό διευθυντή για την επίλυση θεμάτων που προκύπτουν.  

Αρμοδιότητες: 

  • Εξυπηρετείτε τα αιτήματα φιλοξενούμενων
  • Διαχειρίζεστε τυχόν παράπονα φιλοξενουμένων 
  • Παρέχετε γραμματειακή υποστήριξη στα διάφορα αιτήματα   
  • Διαχειρίζεστει την ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία 
  • Συνεργάζεστε με τον προϊστάμενο σας και τα τμήματα για την άμεση επίλυση προβλημάτων 

Requirements

  • Τουριστική εκπαίδευση/δίπλωμα/ Πτυχίο/ Σπουδές θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν 
  • Εμπειρία σε 2+ έτη σε αντίστοιχο τμήμα, ιδανικά σε 5* ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον 
  • Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας 
  • Γνώση της γερμανικής γλώσσας  
  • Άριστη γνώση ξενοδοχειακού προγράμματος Protel 
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (Word, Excel)
