As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our health and wellness products and ensuring a positive experience. Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently, providing information and support regarding health and wellness products.
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach in all interactions.
- Document customer inquiries and responses accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve departmental goals.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is a requirement. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Problem-solving acumen and a positive outlook.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
- Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellness through quality products
