Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, changes, and travel requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Stay informed about the airline's services, policies, and programs to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline sector, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a keenness to work in an international environment.
