Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking passengers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist passengers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services.
- Document customer interactions and experiences accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about service enhancements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the airline or travel industry, is a plus.
