Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and online chat platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and travel regulations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to promote service enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the airline industry.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing top-quality customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer support tools.
